A 20-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle on Aruna Asaf Ali Road in southwest Delhi. Police are investigating the hit-and-run incident and searching for the driver.
The social activist has been pressing for setting up of the Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayuktas in the states, besides implementation of the Swaminathan Commission report, which has suggested ways to address the agrarian distress.
As per the allegations, some parts of Delhi also had posters with the caption Modi Hatao Desh Bachao.
